CEO

Australian born Roupen holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) and has his Masters in Professional Accounting (MPA) from the University of Technology in Sydney and he is an Associate Member of the CPA.

Roupen is known for his problem-solving ability and reliability. Roupen and his team are one of the most experienced Technology providers in the business winning awards in the IT Sector. His engineering skills and infrastructure planning ensures that his customers stay connected and have well-maintained IT and Technology systems.  All his IT businesses are extremely successful, as he never compromises on customer service or quality. He started his own IT businesses when in high school and has had his businesses acquired by other brands in the space.

Greg

CIO

Greg Sharp founded and sold two successful technology companies before founding Base 2 in 2008, an MSP that now boasts 40 staff and annual revenue of more than $10 million.

The company has won four MSP 501 awards and eight New Zealand industry awards. Under Greg’s leadership, Base 2 also created and launched an MSP software product called ZenContract and the Big 5 Management System that boosts team engagement and profit. Greg was the first CISSP in New Zealand, with a double degree in computer science and international management, and is a regular speaker across Australia and New Zealand on high-performance team culture. Greg also loves to play golf and consume beer.

Ian

CFO

Ian gained his CA qualification from PriceWaterhouseCoopers in London.  Since then, Ian has 25+ years experience running Finance functions for a variety of technology businesses in Boston, US and New Zealand including a 3-year stint running his own business in the US.

Most recently Ian was Finance Director for Base 2 in Auckland, providing financial leadership to help grow that business to 30+ staff, which resulted in a successful sale to Kordia.
